The podcast "O 8 de janeiro" (The January 8th) has six episodes, each lasting up to10 minutes, in which a group of students presents a series of analyses on what led to the large politically motivated violent incident that took place in Brasilia/Brazil on January 8th, 2023. This series was developed during the first semester of 2023 by undergraduate students majoring in Social Sciences at the University of São Paulo, as part of the course "Research Methods in Sociology." In each episode, a group of students presents the initial results of their research. It was directed by Angela Alonso, produced by Edson Nova and Viviane Souza, visual identity by Gabriel dos Santos and edited and soundtracked by Jonas Paulo.
